Hi there. Does anyone know who I can contact about the Facebook support page. I requested to be a member quite a while ago and I have not been accepted yet. I did subscribe to the Ps1000 page and am following it but I can’t view or see any of the Support page posts or discussions? Help?!?!

April 25, 2017 at 10:43 am #15500Hi there. I had the same problem when I first joined. I cancelled the join request and then resent it. That seemed to do the trick. Otherwise call them at 866-599-4240 or email them at support@ps1000.com. I hope this helps!

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0I just left the Facebook group yesterday. I got tired of everytime a question was asked, two members on there would say “it’s in the book.” Jeez! If the person is new, can’t we offer a little help? I thought that was what support was all about. I made a typo on a post one day and one of the two went on and on about it. I like this forum the best. Everyone on here is friendly and supportive and wants to help everyone else succeed. That is what I want also.
April 26, 2017 at 4:07 am #15530Thank you Shirley. I appreciate you sharing your experience. So far I am super happy with this forum as well. I haven’t even started my program yet and the support and information found here has really helped my prepare and feel welcome. I do wish everyone here the very best of luck and look forward to experiencing and learning from each of our successes and struggles. Have a great night.
