Hi everyone. So I am finally ready to actually start PS1000. Went shopping today and bought everything on the list from the free download in the Members Store. So grateful for that.
Any tips or warnings while prepping for my first week?
My long term goal here is 70-80lbs depending how my body settles in. Maybe more if I feel healthy and still have room to lose. ?I have no idea what my healthy weight looks like anymore. But I do know when I do the math, I have gained almost 100lbs since my oldest son turned 1yrs old. That’s 100lbs in 18yrs. That’s crazy. I’ve gotta get this done. I want to be a fun and active grandmother some day. Heck I’m only 39 and still have a lot of living left to do.
Wish me luck and let’s do this together.

May 9, 2017 at 4:28 pm #16182Meal prepping is key! I did well week 1, totally meal prepped everything out to the smallest detail… at this point, (beginning of week 3) I’m just lost my mojo.
LET’S DO THIS TOGETHER!! I need motivation!!
May 10, 2017 at 3:18 am #16217Sounds good. I’m going to post a picture of my fridge when I get home. Lol.
I was up late last night cooking and prepping. I did’t have time to divide everything into actual meals this time, so I precut and measured all my meat, seasoned and cooked it, then placed one serving each into baggies. Measured out my almonds the same way. Then washed the lettuce, turnip and parsley, into larger container to grab and go. Last I premade all my veggies in baggies and mixed the ingredients for my smoothies too. Lots of work, but easy to manage and stay on track….I hope. LolI have had a major headache today but I’m sure it’s just coffee withdrawal.

May 15, 2017 at 5:34 am #16302Trina, you def did a lot of prepping but it has given me an idea of what I need to do to succeed as well. I just ordered my package today. I plan on pitching processed foods out of my pantry and replacing with approved foods. Wish me luck.
LET’S DO THIS TOGETHER!May 15, 2017 at 1:41 pm #16314Welcome Angelica. I would definitely love to make new friends and support each other on this journey. I did well in week 1. I’m down 7 pounds already but realized that tracking everything you eat is very important. I didn’t this weekend and I didn’t lose an ounce.? But I didn’t gain so that’s good. I only ate approved foods just didn’t measure anything out or write it down. My mistake.
So here’s to a fresh today and getting back on track. I wish everyone a great week.
How are you making out Cory?
