I am really excited to start seeing results, although I know it will not happen overnight. I began to detox over the weekend, felt pretty good, so today started with the protein shake for breakfast and had a light lunch. Surprisingly, I am not feeling hungry and hopefully I am able to eat all of the food suggested in the meal plan (it seems like a lot of food). I am aiming for 30 lbs., but hopefully I can do more, with increased exercise and sticking to the meal plan.

Be sure to read the book carefully as it tells you exactly what to eat. That is what is great about this program as far as I am concerned. I need some structure to get me started. You will find answers to your questions here as well as on the FB page. If you can’t find it, feel free to ask. I have been on the plan for a little over a month and could not be happier with the results. Again, any questions, just ask!

Sugar free gum is fine as long as it doesn’t contain artificial sweeteners and aspartame. Gum also has a funny way of confusing the stomach into thinking food is coming. When it fails to arrive you might become ravenous! Not that it affects your weight loss but almost every gum contains aspartame. Check labels. It is the same thing that is in Diet Coke. Not to mention it is so very bad for your brain. Just google aspartame and how it is made. You will never chew it again or drink another Diet Coke!
Just food for thought!
