My hubby bought me a fitbit flex 2 for Christmas without knowing that I was going to start this program. I’m in love with it! It’s making keeping track of food/water/exercise/weight so much easier! I’ve tried different tricks for tracking my water intake but it’s so simple on this app. It counts my steps which made me realize that I was more inactive than I thought, so I’ve been working on increasing that. I set a goal for # of workouts per week too. You can use it to track your sleep and it tells you how long you’ve slept, how minutes you were awake and restless during that time. Great feedback as a whole but also if you want to see if certain changes (food or exercise) impact your sleep. Entering food is super easy and even if it’s not a perfect match, I get a good idea of my calorie intake. I love being able to see all my progress in one place and it gives you fun congrats when you’ve met a goal. I never really knew what a fitbit did, but wanted to share since it’s been such a great tool to use with PS1000.
January 6, 2018 at 11:59 pm #21383Hi Lisa! I love my Fitbit also. You can link it to My Fitness Pal. It gives you credit for exercise – makes the whole think a lot easier. I track my PS1000 on My Fitness Pal because it gives you a count on your calories, carbs, protein, fat, and many more things. So many helpful tools – Good luck to you!
