Does anyone use their FitBit to track food? Is it pretty close to the numbers in the book? I was thinking of using that instead of MyFitnessPal and wonder what anyone else’s experience has been.
Thanks.

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0I use my fitbit to track calories. I think there are some of the same discrepancies that myfitnesspal has but as I watch my portions and get all of the servings required in the ps1000 booklet, I have realized great success. My fitbit sometimes shows that I have gone slightly over the 1000 calories and some days it shows I haven’t met the 1000 calories. I call this being at a happy medium. I don’t add extra calories on the days I am under and don’t fret on the days I’m over and …voila!… I have a tracking system that works. Best of luck to you!
