Does it make any days difference what foods I combine at each meal?
April 18, 2016 at 1:22 pm #3830No I don’t think so, as long as you have the basics covered. 1 Protein, and staying with the calorie range and food groups for the day. Anything specific you are confused about?
April 18, 2016 at 6:06 pm #3839I have heard things about different food having different alkaline basis so your stomach digests better in certain combinations. I was just curious if anyone in this group has found that to be true or not.
April 20, 2016 at 9:00 pm #3898I am not sure, but of course there are always certain cases I suppose. I guess if you are having any specific digestive issues and have already tried a probiotic supplement then we could dig deeper into combinations.
January 1, 2019 at 11:35 pm #24419I typically eat my fruits earlier in the day verses later but that’s just me. I have switched things up and stayed within the limits.
