Is there a clear food list on this site? I have just ordered the plan, but I would like a printout of OK foods for Phase 1.
March 2, 2017 at 4:08 am #13245Not that I know of. Sorry. It would be helpful as a reference so we don’t have to carry the book around. The recipes might guide you. The main thing is no grains. Most fruit is okay. No bananas. Only a few beans are allowed. Black and edamame are okay.
Wait! Just thinking. I can attach a file for you.

Yes it would be nice if a food list was readily available vs having to carry the book around. I am thinking though, that after shopping a few times, it will start to be natural to know the “yeas” and “nays”?March 2, 2017 at 2:25 pm #13260There is a Recipe area, that may help you as you can see what the “good” foods are 🙂 Good Luck!!!
March 2, 2017 at 6:47 pm #13277Thank you 🙂 this is great. I am so exited to lose some weight. Hopefully I can get into this and stay on it.

March 2, 2017 at 9:35 pm #13291I find that planning my meals for the entire week and then going to the store to buy helps keep me on track. I have just what I need with nothing to throw me off course. I also cook for the week on Sundays so that everything is ready and just needs a quick heat through.

May 9, 2017 at 11:57 pm #16212I’m just getting started and have been reading over the food list. I’m confused. In the veggie section it counts calories for spinach and chard but then it lists them in the free food section too. should i be counting the calories for these foods or are they freebies? thanks!!
