I started on Monday and I have not been hungry AT all… I also have been exercising… Not sure on my calorie intake as it has been on the lower side but I am not good at that stuff… Needless to say… Day 4 down 6 lbs and that is momentum for me to keep going. Eating clean and eliminating sugars is working!

I love all the food choices and the great support on this site as well as in the Facebook page. Don’t let you calories get too low or your body will go into starvation mode and you could stop losing. I use an app on my iPhone to track my calories, fats, carbs, and proteins. I would never keep track if not for my app. I wish you continued success and again, welcome!

April 7, 2017 at 8:42 pm #14787My intake is not THAT low… I was thinking it was lower than 2000 but definitely higher than 1000 – Dropped another 2 lbs yesterday…LOVE this! My body is sore from exercise… my mind is clean… the scale is getting lower numbers… by summer I will be back to my old self! 🙂 Good habits = Happy life!
