    A lot of member share recipes from the Goodful site. should we be using those and are they PS1000 phase 1 friendly. II made the Spaghetti Squash lemon Chicken dish. It was OK, I think your recipes are 10000 times better. I just looked in the book and spaghetti squash is not even listed. Did I screw up my progress?

    I think many of their recipes are ok, spaghetti squash should be fine on plan. I am so glad to hear that my recipes are better to you 🙂 You are doing fantastic keep up the great work!
