May 1, 2017 at 9:09 pm #15923Hi Lulu, you can try 2% cottage cheese (1/2 cup). It’s great with fruit or on a salad. You can also try it mixed with tuna. Check out the recipes on the ps1000.com website, they’re really good! Also, are you referring to plain or greek yogurt that you don’t like? Try the greek kind, put fruit and stevia in it…it tastes a whole lot better than plain.

I used to hate Greek yogurt and I would gag on the plain. Lol. I did like regular Yoplait strawberry yougart. I have tried the Dannon Greek strawberry light &Fit Greek yogurt and finally acquired the taste for it. I then tried the Triple Zero Greek Vanilla in place of whipped topping on fresh strawberries and that wasn’t bad. I think it is a gradual learning to like thing. If you just can’t eat it, try it in your protein drink along with fresh fruit, spinach, and ice and it will be well hidden. Good luck!
