I have several recipes with ingredients from the approved list and am sure I can convert to a PS1000 recipe. What are the guidelines for number of calories, carbs, and fiber per serving?
Ok so a good guideline would be to make sure your main meals are between 200-250 calories, less than 10 grams of fat, and about 20-25 grams of carbs, about 5-10 grams of fiber. Honestly focus more on the calories and fat as you could get really overwhelmed with all of the other numbers very quickly. If you are eating from the food list and making sure to have a protein, vegetable/fruit and a fat source at each meal/snack then you will be just fine with carbs and fiber.
Its awesome that you are willing to convert some of your recipes to be approved. Enjoy!
