I don’t like any of the Healthy Fats listed in the book except for Eggs. Any recommendations for substitutes???
Have you ever tried the Chia seeds? I put them in cottage cheese and protein drinks and I can’t even taste them. What do you season or cook foods in ascfar as oil? I like olive oil for that as well as to mix with vinegar for salad dressings.

Thank you for the suggestion. I think the Olive Oil will be my best bet to maximize my healthy fats.
