Hello! I’m sort of new to this. I’ve had the drops for a while and tried phase 1 but haven’t been able to stick to it. I’m about to attempt it again and will hopefully do better this time! Glad to be here. ☺️

June 25, 2017 at 7:31 pm #17649Please don’t give up! I’ve been doing this since about Feb/March this year and I have yet to have a perfect week. In fact, some weeks I haven’t stuck to it at all (vacation, just too busy, forgot to take my drops, etc). I have well over 100 lbs to lose, and I figure it’s not a race. I didn’t get this big overnight, and I figure my body needs a chance to adjust as I go the other way now. As I lose, I work as much to not gain it back, as on losing the next pound or two. Focus on how you feel, enjoyment of discovering new things to eat, etc. Remember if you have a lot to lose, it will come off more quickly in the beginning, but if you don’t have many pounds to lose, it seems from my coworkers who are also on the plan, as well as those on the facebook group, that it might come off more slowly after the first few pounds. Aim for success, rather than perfection. I love reading the support here in the forum and on facebook too. Good luck!
June 28, 2017 at 11:15 am #17742Today is Day 3 for me and I haven’t perfected it either. This is as much a psychological change as it is a physical. I’ve woken up today and the last 2 days with the mind set “today is a new chance to get the plan right” and then don’t beat myself up if I mess up. Good luck! ??
