Hi Kirsten. I’m also in Canada but received my drops a while ago so I can’t remember how long it took. As far as calories go I’m surprised at how difficult it is to actually hit 1000 a day. This goes to show you the difference between how healthy foods and not so healthy foods add up. Good luck to you as well!

Hi Alex, welcome and good luck to you and you all. I ordered mine some time back and it took about a week and half to get to Canada.

I just signed up a few days ago and have not yet received my drops. How long does that usually take? Where do I find instructions on the steps of the program?

Hi Barbara,

It looks like you ordered on 6/15/17 and the shipment usually takes 3-5 business days to get to you. The information on the program comes in the booklet (in your package coming in the mail).
