Hello, my name is Mary and I am starting the program first thing tomorrow morning. I’m nervous about this as I have tried so many different programs over the years and all of them have started off good, but then have not been good for me. I am looking forward to getting help and advice from those that have gone before me and done so amazingly well. I really want to get to feeling better and feeling better about myself. I have thyroid issues and just can’t seem to get control of the weight gain.

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Welcome Mary! I’m new too! I’m on my second week. I really enjoy taking the drops. I thought they would taste bad, but they don’t! I really think the B-12 has given me more energy to start off with, and both drops combined seem to help with curving cravings, which is a big help in the beginning. Now that I’m on week 2, I still struggle with mental cravings. It’s not so much physical like it used to be, it’s mostly a mental battle. So I would recommend finding a quote or Bible verse or something inspirational to memorize so that you can say it to yourself when you are mentally tempted by a craving. I would also recommend getting some lunch box containers. (I bought 3 compartment “easy lunchboxes” off Amazon) These really, really help me to visually see that I need a veggie, fruit & protein with every meal and help me to keep my portions much smaller. (another mental benefit compared to heaping food onto a large plate and feeling like I need to finish it all.) I have lost three pounds so far. I hope we both will experience health and eating well! Sincerely, Stacie
May 30, 2016 at 6:48 pm #5503I am 75 years old trying to eat healthier and lose weight in the process.
I am limited in my activity with terrible feet problems. I do try to do chair exercises.
Will be open to all hints, suggestions and encouragement I can get.May 31, 2016 at 1:22 am #5517Hi, I am just waiting for my drops to come….hopefully tomorrow. I have read a few things about loading for a few days with high fat foods. Can anyone tell my about this so I can get started loading before my drops arrive. Thanks, I’m looking forward to getting started and losing 20 lbs.
June 7, 2016 at 8:27 pm #5742Hi Debbie, we recommend that you add as many healthy fats to your regular diet as you can about 2 days prior to starting Phase 1(rapid weight loss phase). Healthy fats can be avocado, any kind of nuts, healthy oils, salmon, eggs etc. Welcome and good luck!
June 20, 2016 at 3:40 am #6115Hi @MaryMiccio, This is my second time doing PS1000. It has been the only thing I can follow mainly because tot the recipes. I definitely think the key to success is planning. Plan out your meals for the week, plan out your shopping list, and prepare what you can ahead of time. A big saver is having portion sizes servings ready to go so you can grab and eat the correct size. I found my self eating more then I should when I hadn’t pre-portioned them.
June 23, 2016 at 3:46 pm #6255Hi. I started on Monday of this week and have lost about 5 lbs. So far I feel good, have the usual cravings from any diet I’ve tried. While I am eating healthier for sure, I am concerned about the low calorie requirement. Last year I did the Opti-fast program through Kaiser which was about the same calories per day but all liquid. Worked great, very expensive and gained most of the weight back FAST. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen again as soon as I resume eating more than 1000 calories a day.
June 24, 2016 at 9:02 pm #6300Hi Guys, I ordered the 3 month drops today and then I registered to this site. I was hoping for detailed explanation of the plan, I thought that site is only for those who ordered and I did not try it before I ordered. I see that members are mentioning one protein, two proteins and similar things, it seems like detailed explanation is somewhere. Could you tell me if it comes with my order or I can read about it somewhere I don’t see? Thank you!

June 26, 2016 at 8:13 pm #6362Hello,
My name is Joann. I purchased the PS1000 program today.June 27, 2016 at 2:28 pm #6386I started the PS1000 program today. I think it is going to be a struggle for me the first couple of days to get used to eating breakfast as well as the snacks during the day. My typical day prior to starting the program would be to not eat anything in the morning, go out to lunch with coworkers, have an afternoon snack of a bag of chips, and then dinner, and ice cream for dessert. I am a sucker for ice cream, especially in the summer, so that will be a hard habit for me to break. I am looking to loose to 60lbs. This would put me in a healthy weight range for my 5’0″ height. Any suggestions are welcomed.

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0I started just a couple of days ago. For me the tough part has been eating less at night. I think it is just really hard to start a new habit. I have noticed if I eat less at night I want to eat breakfast.
June 27, 2016 at 6:19 pm #6398Thanks Beau for the suggestion. Maybe with me not snacking at night, I will have more of an appetite in the morning.
July 8, 2016 at 5:43 pm #6768Oh boy we sound the same. My catch is eating in the car. I have a good breaky then driving to town 45minutes I get hungry and look for the first fast food place…now no more but quite a challenge
