Hello, my name is Rochelle. I am 52 years old and need to lose about 40lbs. I tried a similar program about 3 years ago and got to my goal weight and stayed there for almost 2 years. Asthma and rounds of prednisone got me back up to an unmanageable weight so here I am hoping this will work as well as the plan I was on before. I should have planned a little better, ordered my drops yesterday but I will be out of town twice in the next to weeks so there will be no time to plan meals or anything until the 2nd week in June. I am hoping to drop the carbs, up the healthy fat and the water intake while on my trips, hoping it will easing my transition once I return home and start the program. I’m hoping for any advice I can get while waiting to begin. I know I have to shop and prepare for the week to make it easier. Is there any other advice? Thanks!

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Welcome Rochelle! This is a great program to be on. If you’ve participated in a similar one with success, you should have success on this one too. The support is great and the only advice I’d give is that you lean on the other participants for inspiration. You mentioned that you are going to shop and prepare for the week – if that includes de-junking your pantry, you have a great head start to making this plan work for you. Wishing you the best!
May 21, 2017 at 12:16 pm #16532Ho Robyn, thanks for the advice. I was going through some old info and it was this program I was on in 2014., although it looks like it may have changed some since then. Got my drops in the mail yesterday and looking forward to getting started!
