    Hello, excited to receive my kit! Spending today reading and planning. Lots of questions as I go along. One at the top is about finding a siringe to measure the drops? Where? I have about 55-65 pounds to lose and I am optimistic! I live in FL half the year and Idaho the other half. My husband and I travel a lot since we are retired. I appreciate the support on the FB page and on this site. I am still learning to navigate this section.

    Marlene, glad to have you with us. When I had ordered mine it came with a syringe. You can also get them at any CvS or Walgreens. If you don’t find them ask the pharmacy.

    Thanks Brad! Hi Marlene! Mine also came with a dropper built into the lid. The proper measurement comes to about a quarter of the syringe…
