I’ve said so many times in my life. And so here I go again. Starting to get at the age of 58. And one time in my life I wait as much as 490+ pounds. In all time low two years ago it 225 pounds. And then one day you wake up in your back up to 330 pounds. But I am so excited to find this program because it’s comprised of natural wholesome healthy Real single ingredient foods no package stuff, just water bodies need. I’ve had success with the sale of lifestyle in the past and I know it will be reach her again in the future. I’m also very excited to to do this journey with my wife I might mention new wife! Life is too short to take it for granted so he must live each day like it’s our last my goal to start off is an 80 pounds loss, I know I can do it and I’m still 160 pounds lighter than my heaviest whatever. Now it’s time to go to work!

Welcome to your new Lifestyle. I can totally relate to what you wrote. At my heaviest I was 398(23 year ago) and at my lightest it was 119. I seem to gain and lose the same 100 pounds over the years. Luckily when I found this program I only had around 50 or so pounds to loose. I started Jan 1 and as I type this on Feb 1 I am 19.8 pounds lighter. For the first time instead of prepackaged or powdered meals I am cooking healthy recipes and now I think I am approaching it being more of a habit then a chore. Remember there is no shame in starting over. Through out our lifetime we may loose some of the battles that we take on, but we will always live to fight another day and win the war. GOOD LUCK to you and your wife use the site and the facebook site as we are here to support you in every way. YOU GOT THIS!!!

You’ve got this! I’m going to be 28 this year. I’m young I know :)! However this is the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life. I’ve always struggled, but after seeing my sister’s success, I am ready to make this commitment! So glad to have so much support!

    Hello Everyone!

After one full week I am happy to report the my wife Teresa is down 9 pounds and I am down 13 pounds, this is even with a super bowl party splurge (weight gain).
But what I have learned over the years that once you get off plan, get back on the plan with the next meal and on, push the water and you should be back to normal in a hurry. We are also experiencing more energy, less joint pain too!!!

While it’s early in the program and knowing a lot of the weight loss is mostly water weight we are excited with our start.

We are also excited to see what kind of loss we will experience once we start exercising!!

Your enthusiasm is contagious! It’s wonderful that you wife is doing this with you. The change in eating habits really does make a difference in how you feel on a daily basis.
I was reluctant to try any plan at age 55. But after reaching 220 pounds (5 foot 4), I searched for something that made sense. This plan is it. I’ve had some setbacks and detours in the six weeks I’ve been on it; I’ve lost and kept off 7 pounds altogether. Even moving slowly is better than making no progress at all. I have a damaged knee and ankle/foot. When I started trying to add in exercise, I could only manage 15 minutes 3 times a week; I’m up to 30 minutes now about 4 days a week. That’s a significant change in my pain level. My kids and I have a car trip planned for most of July. I will enjoy it so much more in a healthier leaner body.
    (Beach, here I come.)
