so what can we drink just started today. only water coffee or tea? can he have anything like the Disani carbonated flavored water? One more thing should i keep takeing my probiotics?

June 7, 2016 at 8:28 pm #5743Hi Rebecca, Carbonated water is OK to drink but we do not recommend any water enhancers as most are chemically enhanced. Stevia flavored drinks are OK to use.

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Tracy – I asked this too and was told that other colors are allowed – they just weren’t put in the book because they were less common. (I specifically asked about orange and yellow) Happy “colorful” eating!
