    Hi Rebecca, Carbonated water is OK to drink but we do not recommend any water enhancers as most are chemically enhanced. Stevia flavored drinks are OK to use.

    Dear Nana, foods are that on the approved food list should not be substituted but also do not have to be consumed if you dislike some of it.

    Hi Alice, we generally do not recommend flavored drinks as they tend to have many chemical additives. Stevia based drinks are allowed.

    Are all bell peppers allowed on Phase I or only Green and Red?

    Tracy – I asked this too and was told that other colors are allowed – they just weren’t put in the book because they were less common. (I specifically asked about orange and yellow) Happy “colorful” eating!
