Just getting my meal plan put together! Just got it in the mail and I can’t wait to get started but I want to plan and prepare my home to help me do much best!

February 19, 2017 at 5:40 pm #12625Hey Deidra! Welcome. I think you are wise to get everything squared away. I am still in my first week and I’ve been to the grocery store 4 times already. I’d say look through the recipes online to see what sounds good to you. When you get your package there will be a book with a nice list of what you are allowed to eat. I have a kitchen full of healthy food now. Perhaps you could donate some of your “no foods.” I’m going to give some friends the foods I no longer ‘want’ to eat – like potatoes.
February 19, 2017 at 6:53 pm #12629Prepping and planning has been the key to my success. I cook for the week and only buy enough for the week so no extra. At first it was a pain but now I love it. Take advantage of the recipes on the site as they are delicious. Open yourself to new foods or even old foods in a new way. I started Jan 1 and have lost over 25 pounds. I have been doing just that, I started today and had what I needed for breakfast and have my list together to get the rest of my supplies. I took others advice and went through the recipes and found what sounded good to me. Looking forward to prepping today for the rest of my week. Good Luck to you, we can do this!
