Hi…after a roller coaster of plans I am ready to get rid of some of this weight once and for all!!! I’m 42 years old and feel like I have been battling it all my life. I am less active as I use to be, so I feel that plays a big part. My kiddos are active and makes for difficult dinner times. I lost quite a bit weight on an HCG diet years ago, but it slowly crept back. Tired of dealing with it…just want to be healthy inside and out.
Hi I am also a newbie. I know how you feel. I have battled my weight all my life and have tried them all and had some success. I hopeful this will be the last time. It’s time to live a healthy lifestyle.
Hello Ladies, I am also a newbie…I am a 57 year old mother of 6 girls, and have struggled with my weight for most of my adult life. I truly am hoping this program helps get me on the right track once and for all, so that I can live a healthier and therefore happier life!
