As a new member, I am having trouble navigating the site. Where can I find “how to” or help with site navigation? For example, how do I make a post (note to self) on my wall?

    Hi Laura,

I’m glad I’m not the only one finding this site hard to navigate. I work in IT and I couldn’t figure out how to post either. Obviously we figured it out, but it shouldn’t be that difficult. It would be great if we could search the site, but I didn’t see an option for that.

Hey Tina, @tlove108, Well it’s good to know I’m not alone. I find the news, recipes, and forums useful, but just would like to learn more about the platform. I have only been on the FB page once, but seems to have a lot of engagement there. I am happy with the drops and overall this is working well for me, Monday will start week four. Good luck to you Tina!

Thank you @LauraOBX, I’ll start next week. I just placed my order today. Glad to hear you like it and have been successful.

I would love to see an App developed and also for it to be integrated with the Apple Watch or Fitbit.

Yes Tina, an app would be good. I open the website on my phone, but it’s so so. One great app that I use to log my food is “Lose It”. I recommend that one. I used the free version for a while and upgraded to the paid plan. Gives lots of insight and info on your food habits. Very fast to log your foods. I’m down 10 pounds! Whoot Whoot!

Those are all great suggestions! At this time there are no direct “how to’s” regarding how to post in the forum or navigate the site. If more people suggest, it might just happen!

    Thank you!

    Hi,
Another suggestion- book should be available electronically. I would like to have an electronic version of the food list so I don’t have to carry the book around. Also, if it was in an electronic version, we could search it a lot easier.

Thank you. I think the idea to have electronic version of food list is great! I travel a lot, an electronic list would really be helpful.

Hi As a new member I don’t find the website very organized or helpful. To those who are in charge or overseeing this program it needs to be redesigned for easier navigation and support. Also, I am already getting frustrated with the lack of information, for example there is no menu’s to follow the book gives me two examples but in fairness to new people you should really provide a guide which gives a new person a few weeks of suggested menu’s tips on preparing foods ahead of time and better support. Why doesn’t PS1000 provide a cookbook or guidelines, I see posts from members on the facebook site but they are customers posting. I would like to easily email someone who is involved in this program, the people who developed the PS1000 diet with questions and concerns. I see alot of great support on the website member to member and that is a good thing. I had to dig through the forums to get information on how to use the website, it would be good if PS1000 offered a downloadable guideline on how to do this program successfully. Many people simply don’t have time to read all the forums or try to figure out how to plan a daily menu. Make it simpler to get to the important information.
