    So it’s been a minute since I have been here. Life has been stressful and I haven’t handled it in the best way. Thankfully I have not gained any weight, still down 30 plus pounds but I haven’t lost any either. On a positive note I did start going to the gym again which is helping me mentally and physically. I am ordering the drops again and going back to Phase 1. Excited to re-commit to my journey and looking forward to more positive results! The journey continues…..be blessed!
