AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Hello PS peeps!
So, I just started yesterday. My name is Vickie and I am 55 and in the worst shape of my life! Like so many of us here, I have tried everything under the sun and hope this isn’t just another notch on my “diet failure” pole! I weighed in last night at 208 (Lord have mercy!) I am 5’5″so I have been able to camouflage with scrubs for several years but I would like to one day wear normal clothes again, and as comfortably as I wear those scrubs! The final straw came last week when the chub started to curl over the band of my scrubs- enough is enough already! I ordered not one, but three bottles of the PS1000, because if moderation was within my reality, I would not be sitting here typing away at my next magic bullet. I would love to lose 60#s and would love to find some accountability buddies along the way to help find our way through the daily trials and jubilations 🙂 Have read some really encouraging posts from seasoned losers and so want to be one of you soon!
Good luck to us all!
Let the journey begin!

June 30, 2018 at 1:53 pm #23454Vickie,
I’m with you!! I’m 57, 5’4″ and weigh more now than I did when I was pregnant! 🙁 I just started this program Wednesday, June 27. Started at 190 and now I’m at 186.6. I will be happy to be your accountability buddy.
The one problem I’ve encountered is being able to have a snack and take the drops 15 minutes before I eat…especially when you only have 30 minutes or so to eat! As a nurse you really don’t have those structured times. I’m eager to hear how that problem can be addressed.
Good luck to both of us and let’s keep each other accountable!

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Hi Rena!
I would love to have you as my accountability buddy 🙂 Lord knows I need all the help I can get! I’ve created a FB page where we can post video weigh ins and whatever else we come up with along he way to help us stay focused and motivated. The group is page is called, wait for it…. PS We Got This 🙂 I think the more the merrier to join us in the daily weigh-ins 🙂 Let me know your thoughts~
I work nights so getting the drops in won’t be a problem. What I do, and I did this with the HCG drops before they removed the actual hormones from the drops making them ineffective, but I lost like 30#’s with the Hcg drops by taking the drops the very fist thing I got up, again like 3-4 hrs later and again before going home where my binges would take full flight! This worked well.
I’m finding nothing is going to work until I get on board 100% and make it a number one priority, like I did the hcg. That is prepping my food 1-2 days out and taking actual pictures of the food before I eat it and every food that tempts me- I found I would sneak less if I “pictured it” 🙂 It may sound excessive, but it actually worked for me.
I’m just having a harder time these days getting out of the gate… age… weight….disinterest? I can’t change my age but I’m hoping to get my mojo back and ge this weight off!
I’m open to any/all ideas you have up your sleeve 🙂
Lets do this!

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Day 2
Got off to a rough start; Although I’m taking the drops like I should, I haven’t “made” the time to read the book and see what the program entails. I joined back up with the “Lose It” app because I like there little animated foods and it’s user friendly, I also have been a member of WW for several years and have maybe been on the site to track a total of maybe 30 days- I keep it because I love their recipes. I’ve created the site on FB for daily weigh ins and trying to plan ahead for my foods- I have a freezer full of Lean Cuisines that I know I would rather not eat but they will have to work til I get some actual real food prepped.
I bought an insta pot a few months ago and just <3 it! But again, finding the time to get all the ingredients for the recipes is always a challenge.
I work nights so the plan right now is to get up early and figure out my food-too tired now. I would love work myself towards the Keto way of eating but baby steps as I’m not a meat eatin person- give me carbs or give me death!

Down 2 #s (Yay!)Feeling much better today. Sleep deprivation is the root of my eating problems but with the PS1000 drops, I was able to fend off the beast a little better this am. Instead of getting home and raiding the freezer first, for fudgesicles, on my way into the house, to get to the cupboard to pull out the Oreo, Lucky Charms or Cinnamon toast crunch cereal, I was able to think through a healthier choice, which is rare! I choose mesquite chicken wrapped in lettuce with 1/4 avocado and with a smidge of spicy mustard. I did break weak and have a HyVee M&M cookie, that tasted soooooooooooooo good, but I was good with one and not the remaining box of 6! I would say yesterday was a good day 🙂

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Day 4 7-2-18
Weight: 206.4 Down 0.4Yesterday was a rough day being that I baked a batch of chocolate chip cookies, #1 Trigger for failure, for my grandkids trip back to IL. I also made them pancakes, bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs with cheese, which yes, I had to sample. I had done so good he night before and was so close to a home run day, but broke weak at the finish line; story of my overweight life! But I didn’t make it an all day failure. I brushed the cookie crumbs off, did no self-hate talking and just went to bed. I slept 10 hrs, my norm for my one day off, every 13 days and woke up expecting a gain but NOPE! It’s a great day! 🙂 I was actually down 0.4 #’s and will happily take it.
Breakfast:
PS1000 Drops
2 egg whites & one whole egg scrambled=106 Cal
2 Banquet Brown n Serve Sausage links=140
