I have been loosing weight slowly. I have lost 12 lbs in 2 months. Now i have stalled. What do i do to get the weight loss moving again. Its been 5 days since any weight loss.

Have you attempted the VLC day? (very low calorie day) on page 30 &31? This can help bust through a plateau. If you have already done this let me know. Also have you been doing any exercise yet?
I have started exercising but not everyday.
Just try to make some walking a new habit everyday if possible, that really really helps! I use a Fitbit which I absolutely love because it keeps me accountable to myself to get in all my steps!
Any little bit helps!
