February 24, 2017 at 5:33 am #12864How is it going for you Janna? Are you having any difficulties or successes? I started on Valentines Day. My husband was out of town, so I figured it was a good time to start! I do admit to a total binge fest the weekend before. I have no guilt about that – it felt great! I am happy to be eating healthy now though. Even eating fewer calories I still have more energy than before.

I started January 1 and I am down over 25 pounds So I am not far from my goal. Stick with it, use the great resources that are available, and always remember….YOU GOT THIS!!!!
February 24, 2017 at 2:28 pm #12867I got my package yesterday. Am so excited to start. Hubs and I and binging this weekend (game night with friends planned weeks ago) so am planning on starting on the 1st. Gives me time to clean out the fridge and cupboards of what we can’t have and then go through recipes and go shopping.

I’m trying the salmon with dill sauce and asparagus tonight. I’ll let everyone know what my dinner guests think!
February 27, 2017 at 1:23 am #13019I feel OK. I had a lot of questions that first before starting and I had a hard time getting the answers. But I’m on my way. I weighed myself after nine days and lost 3 pounds. I have decided not to wait every day. I hope this gets you because I don’t know how to post and I’m not a Facebook person so I’m not for Milyer with what I need to do to reach out to people.

I can’t weigh in everyday either. My husband has to lock up the scale for me. And we didn’t do measurements this week because I typically feel bad if I don’t see progress. I guess I’m an instant satisfaction kind of gal. I need to think harder about other successes beyond the scale and tape measurer.

February 27, 2017 at 6:58 pm #13057Hi Jane! Okay, I’ll try to walk you through it. I am always signed in my phone. I get an email and I click on the link OR I go to http://www.my.ps1000.com. Sign on there and your phone will eventually remember you.
Next, at the top left of the page is a drop down box. There you can click on recipes, forums, store and news. Click on forums and you will find several topic headings that you can jump into and comment on.
If you have a friend that you want to message privately click on their name and there will be an area to message them privately.

I feel like I’m doing good just drinking 33 ounces. I have never been One that drinks water. I grew up in countries that it was not safe to drink water so we drink a lot of soda.
February 28, 2017 at 1:38 am #13075Hi Janna, I love water and drank lots beforehand. However, weighing over 200 pounds I am supposed to drink 110 ounces! Yikes!
I have a couple of tips:
Get two glass water bottles that you can carry everywhere.
In one glass bottle add an essential oil like lemon or lime. Three drops in 24 ounces should do.
In the other bottle you can look on amazon for one with a fruit cage. Try experimenting with adding fruit mixes to your water. Cucumber and lime wedges is my favorite. Mint and pineapple is also yummy. Herbs can be good too in water (with or without fruit too). Maybe the internet will have ideas for you.
Another thing to try is decaffeinated hot tea or iced tea. If you need sweetener use stevia.
