    Hello-

    I am new to PS1000. I was reaching another diet plan and came across this plan. After looking at some articles throughout the day, I decided to order. I’m getting familiar with the website and everything else while I wait for my order to arrive.

    Welcome to the group. This is the best decision that you will ever make. This is a lifestyle change that will sustain you for the ages. I started on Jan 1 and I am down 22.5 pounds. Prepping and planning is the key and using the support that you will get here and on the FB page will get you over the rough spots. I look forward to reading about your success.
