Hello and Welcome! While you’re waiting for your order you can prep a little by going through your kitchen pantry and de-junking it a bit. This program focuses on clean eating so you’ll want to get rid of those unhealthy items that we’ve let sneak into our lives. Read through the book when it arrives, then keep it handy for referencing. Ask lots of questions and rely on other members for support. Good luck!
