Hi everyone! I am excited to get more information and start the program! I’m a busy mom of 4 and am tired of this “baby” weight. I was actually looking at Ideal Protein reviews when I found out about PS1000. I’ve tried so many things, and wanted a program where I would actually eat food that is not prepackaged and where I wouldn’t have to weigh myself in front of others, yet still have a supportive community. Super excited to start!
I’m still waiting for my order. Can’t wait to get started. It’s nice to see so many just starting out!!
@Karma Coins: 0Hi Amanda – This is a great plan and you picked a fantastic way to change to a more healthy lifestyle. Instead of feeling like I am on a “diet” I feel like I am learning new habits that will become the norm. The support here is great and make sure you join the facebook page too. Hi Amanda! Welcome! Yeah, I tried the Ideal shakes and not a pound lost! But this has been great so far! I am the only one using it right now (guinea pig) haha…but my family has already started eating healthier because of it. Not quite to my extreme but then they don’t have as much weight to lose either. I totally get the baby weight thing and congrats to you for taking this step!
