    Hi all! I just ordered and was very excited to get started, but when I saw the menu, I am now very intimidated. How hard is it to follow those recipes? Lots of ingredients!! I am not fond of cooking. Help!!!

    My biggest advice would be to meal prep and or plan out your week to make it less intimidating.
