    Welcome Priscilla, Welcome to your new lifestyle. I love this program and don’t even feel like I am on a diet with all the foods I can eat. Robyn is correct. Planning is the key. There are great recipes on this site as well as the Facebook page and everyone is so helpful and supportive. If I can help you in any way, feel free to ask.

    Annie,
    What I did to prepare was to map out my meals for the week ahead of time in a journal. this includes the amount of calories for each ingredient. Then I go shopping. My menu is flexible. For example, this morning my menu said to have 2 eggs and a cup of mushrooms. I substituted the mushrooms for green beans (since I had a lot of them), but I also made sure I wrote down the correct calorie amount as I want to keep my intake to 1000 or less a day. If you’re a busy person, try and prepare foods that keep and you can take with you, like chicken, fruits and nuts.
    Make sure you exercise. Keep track, if you can of the calories you burn since you’ll be able to add in more food. Drink lots of water, which is hard for me.

    Did you have to pay extra for the menu, or is it included in the package that you ordered? Just wondering, in case if I have to order this ahead of time. Please let me know.
