    I haven’t gotten my PS1000 or booklet yet, it’s due here tomorrow. I know this is a lifestyle change. My 1st goal is to lose weight by a trip I’m taking Jan 6th. Any input? Thanks

    I’m new also, @Luvk19, and received my book and drops 2 days ago. So far, I’ve been really pleased with the menu suggestions. I’ve found them to be very satisfying and haven’t found any cravings like I expected. I’ve been drinking more than the required water – make sure I follow the snacks/meal plan – plus, I’ve declined holiday invitations that I knew would throw me off the plan. I was ready! I’m sure you are too. Best wishes for great success to you!

    Hi Michelle! Welcome to this amazing journey! I would suggest that you start getting your water in daily and start planning your meals. It’s also a great idea to start prepping your body for this journey by cutting down on sugars and processed foods, carbs, etc. I wish you much success and remember to stay positive, it’s not a sprint but rather a marathon!

    Welcome! I’ve tried several of the recipes. The cloud bread is really good. Best of luck of your journey. I do a lot of meal prepping :). That helps me stay on track.
