Hello, my name is Larry age 52 and I am motivated to lose weight, keep it off, and get fit.
Where do I start with the PS100 plan
I just finished a 4 day grapes and water detoxification.
Starting in the morning – planning to hit the gym early for some cardio and swimmming
What and how much do I eat on day one

Welcome to the PS1000 Plan! Your booklet will be a GREAT start for you. Read that all of the way through, that is why we send it with each package. If you need recipes and menu plans- the customer website (which you are on now) has recipes up top as well as sample day 7 day plans in the member store at the bottom. Join the closed and private Facebook group if you are on FB, as it is a great tool to use as well. Simply search, “PS1000 Support” on Facebook and ask join!

I am feeling great with more energy. Started my transformation last Sunday with 4 days of Detox first. Motivated – tired at looking at pictures of myself others have taken.Question on recommended vegetables in the book. Is it okay to cook those – mainly steam broccoli and grilled aspargus?
