Has there been any consideration on offering Karma points for reordering product?

    Brad,

You can actually use Karma Coins on anything listed in Member Store: https://my.ps1000.com/member-store/

You just have to call or email to us when you want to use them.

Is that what you had in mind?

Yes I was aware of that and think it is awesome. My question was actually rewarding points for returning orders. Kind of reward points for returning customers.

Brad, I think it is a great idea. The problem is to build a system to track and reward. It would be very complex and costly project with many potential pitfalls and bugs. One way we could do is if the customer would give a shout out to a specific email and we could add manually. What are your thoughts on this?

Also how do you feel about Karma Coin amounts awarded for the contributions? Do you feel they are appropriate, or should be increased?

I guess I am not thinking of the challenges of this program. Maybe I am thinking to simple of the idea. My thoughts were simply as an order is placed something such as 50 karma points awarded per bottle of product ordered for returning customers. Maybe I just don’t understand the logistical challenge of your behind the scene operations. Just throwing out for discussion. Don’t take me wrong, I am just pitching ideas. I love the points program. I think this idea really encourages members to become involved. I think consideration of increasing the points some would be a good idea. The progress feels a bit slow towards reward. I do understand having a balance with business to be successful is important. Thanks for the dialog.

Brad, yes technically it is difficult to accomplish this task on the platforms we are working with. However we can, and we will, bump up the Karma Coin rewards. You’ve contributed quite a bit since we launched my.ps1000.com and we want people like you reap the rewards sooner. We’ll likely double, or even triple current reward amounts. Ideally, we don’t want most active contributors to pay for the product at all. Because these customers contribute to the success of the community and the company. Even though the motive for contribution is mostly altruistic. Karma Coins are simply a tool for additional motivation and being able to track the relative value customers bring to the community.

So I want to ask you, think only in terms of your contribution on my.ps1000.com, as I know you’re active on Facebook as well, what is, in your opinion, a fair reward for the contributions you’ve made so far? I’m talking about forum posts/replies, article comments etc. How many Karma Coins you feel you should have by now, or an equivalent in product, or maybe you’d prefer to put a dollar sign. Your feedback is very valuable as I believe we can arrive at better reward system much faster rather than trying to guess.

    Thank you for your time!

Thank you so much for your consideration of ideas and input from members. I am not seeking reward. I get involved because I truly believe in this program and I want to contribute to the success. The success I truly believe comes from not only the product and program but the support system that comes with it. I get involved and provide encouragement because I want to see others succeed. Also, I just share my feedback and ideas to help see that grow. If people get the encouragement and stay engaged they stand a greater chance of succeeding. I have commented to so many how positive this group. In a time of social media where people feel free to slander and be negative to so many so freely, it is just not found here. Yes people express frustrations at times but that is to be expected in a big life change. But you never find anyone jumping out to beat them down and discourage. These wonderful members lift you up and pull you through those challenges. I am proud to contribute to the success of all. Keep up the good work.

It makes us very happy to hear that. We’ve increased Karma Coin awards on all contributions. We just need to reflect that on the description page. Thank you for you for being so amazing!

I set a goal to have enough Karma Coins to order my transistion pack (8700) and I am happy to report that I have 2 weeks left in phase one and have lost over 30 pounds and had enough Karma Coins for my pack. I also like to think I maybe helped someone along the way as we all know it really does take a village to be successful.

    So to my TRIBE

    THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

How do you sign up to get the 50 points for store purchase? I have gotten several things from the store, some free, some paid, but I only have one points for purchase back in March. However, I see on user T Love, who has been on the program less than a month, has more points than me and gets points for purchase on a daily basis. Is there a loophole? Or maybe this was something started for newer users?

    Hi Trish,

There are many different ways you can earn Karma coins. Just by clicking on these forum topics, and being apart of them earns you points. Clicking on recipes, articles, and even scrolling through the feed can get you points. There is no loophole, but T Love is a part of many topics in the forum which is why she is probably getting more points!

    I hope this helps
