So I started the program mid-April 2017, by the end of the drops, I had dropped 20 lbs. I found myself not following the diet so strictly, but by increasing my activity I found that I was still losing weight. Although it has been a slow process, I am more aware of my food intake and my activity level. I have not gained any weight back, but continue to shed pounds slowly, hopefully to get to my goal weight soon. I continue to follow the meal plan, the recipes I make from this plan are delicious, and my whole family has been enjoying them too. Even though it may seem like a slow process, I have found that it is truly the best way to lose weight. My mentality toward food has changed, I have cut out a lot of empty calories and replaced them with healthier alternatives and homemade desserts. I do not feel deprived or unsatisfied. I feel better, my clothes fit better and I happy with the changes. Keep going, don’t give up, it will all be well worth it in the end! 🙂
