Is Kefir allowed on this? The active cultures tend to be better than greek yogurt and it’s a lot easier to consume on the go. I’m a student so if this could be made at all easier that would be great.

What brand are you thinking of? I need to review the ingredients and amount of sugar as some kefir I have seen actually contain some sugar. Anyways let me know thanks!
Have you tried kombucha? There are some brands with little to no sugar and lots of benefits. But if your looking for a snack definitely check the sugar content.
