I have gained and lost weight many times in the past. Unfortunately, I have never let the importance of maintaining a healthy body weight become the habit of maintaining a healthy body weight. I am on blood pressure Medes and lately my BP has been swinging wildly. It has historically been tied to my weight and at 240 pounds stays high most of the time. I haven’t been below 200 pounds since graduating USMC boot camp in 1979. It is time for a permanent change and I am expecting great results from the program!
I have high blood pressure and almost died 2 years ago. It took me a couple of years to feel better at age 64. NOw with these foods my BP has dropped 15 points with my meds. I will never quit them as that is what caused my brain hemorrhage. But you will see a huge health change with these foods. Good luck
