Hello all. I have received my package and am anxious to begin. I may not have the same issues as some of you, though I am looking to remove approx 20lbs of unwanted weight. I used to be able to diet and train, but have fund it increasingly difficult of late, At 6′ and 205, I’m not obese, but have a midsection to lose…
I am looking to set up a schedule for the meals, as well as the drops….What are some of you using as a time schedule for drops, as well as meals?
Working 2 jobs makes training and eating correctly difficult, especially 2 of my shifts are 7pm x 7am…
Has anyone included some BCAA’s into their regimen, creatine, glutamine?
Looking to get on our Bowflex maxtrainer to start, and back into the gym…..
ANY insight is appreciated..
Thanks all

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Hi Dave – Welcome to the program! I have found that in order to get all my meals and snacks in, I had to time them throughout the day and so I made a schedule to make sure I don’t skip meals even if I don’t feel hungry. It may not be for everyone but it works for me. I take my drops before my meals and my vitamin B drops in the morning before my first snack. So if I’m going to have breakfast at 7 am, I plan to take the drops 15 minutes before hand. Then I schedule out 2 1/2 to 3 hours for my next snack and back up 15 minutes from there for the drops….and so on. The structure really works for me. I supplement the drops with glutamine, omega 3 capsules and a multi-vitamin. A great place for some feedback is the facebook page. This community has fantastic support. Best wishes on your healthy journey!
