Hi I am 60 days in. Have lost 18 lbs. That’s more weight & faster than anything else I’ve tried in years 9and I’ve tried and spent a lot!) so I’m very happy. I am losing weight at a much slower rate, maybe a 1 lb. a week is that typical? I still struggle with water that I know. I feel I need to lose at least 15-20 more… Any suggestions?
September 15, 2017 at 10:16 am #19663I’ve heard 1-2 lbs a week is good. Maybe try switching up food choices or try a different type of exercise. Sometimes the body needs to be confused a bit to start losing again. Congratulations on the weight loss.
September 15, 2017 at 1:27 pm #19664I agree with T Love, switch it up a bit so that you see some changes. It is normal to slow down a bit in the middle, and anything like 1/2 lb. to a pound is great progress from here on out..

November 10, 2017 at 5:54 pm #20664add a day where you increase your calories a bit..dont go crazy but up them a little. And yes switch it up. IF you eat fruit in the am switch to lunch etc..and drink your water 🙂
