    I am assuming you are talking about the meal plans? If so those are available under the library tab. I hope this helps! Let me know otherwise

    I just got my drops, I have been looking through to make a shopping list. I think my main issue that I need to pack for my lunches. I do not have a microwave at work, I just bring my lunch with a ice pack. Any suggestions on what to bring for a lunch on the go.

    I will be doing my prep work on Sundays for the week. Going to be a busy Sunday, lol

    Thank you for all those that left recipes and such. I have alot to learn

    Salads! A huge salad loaded with tons of veggies, some lean meat like roasted chicken or grilled steak. A side of oil and vinegar to drizzle on top right before serving. Salads are great for lunch since they are eaten cold. Good luck on meal prepping it’s the best thing ever!

    Hi Maria, it looks like they rearranged the menu on top so if you actually click on member store and scroll down you will see 4 different meal plans there, 2 for Phase 1 and 2 for Phase 2. They include a grocery list in the download.
