Hi- I downloaded the free menu plan but it looks like more fruit than Phase 1 allows- am I not understanding the plan- it says only 2 fruits per day- thank you!

Thank you Jessica, I had not checked out the Member Store page until I read your comment. I was using recipes from the recipe tab and so far we have enjoyed all the ones we made.

Is there a place to find allowed foods for phase 1? I’m waiting for my order to arrive, but want to go grocery shopping today so I can be prepared when my stuff arrives tomorrow.

Hi Tina,
Yes, there is a recipes tab. You can go there and view the recipes for phase 1.
I have tried a lot of them and they are pretty good. Even my husband eats them and he’s not on the plan.

Question – I purchased phase 1 menu plan for 7.95. Now I am unable to find it, I don’t want to spend another 7.95, any suggestions on where to look or what to do? The document is not in my download file. Thanks for any help 🙂

You might want to check and see if it’s under your profile. I had issues downloading the free menu and then noticed it was showing on the bottom of my profile screen as a PDF attachment. I opened it and then re-saved it on my desktop for easy retrieval.
