AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0I’ve been seeing comments where people have said that 1 bottle of drops lasted a month for them. I’m at almost two bottles in 1 month. Am I using yoo much? I do 15 drops 3 times (sometimes 2 times a day). I tend to not always take the evening ones because I have trouble falling asleep when I do. Where am so going wrong?
April 8, 2016 at 12:11 pm #3539@marcella729 it does sound like you may be using too much. For me it is about a 1/3 of dropper full. You may try to find a 1cc syringe from you local drug store and use .5cc.

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Thx, Brian. The thing is the directions on the bottle say 15 drops so that’s what I’ve been doing. But two bottles in one month does seem too much.

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Brad, not Brian, sorry about that. 🙁
April 8, 2016 at 4:41 pm #3547Your drops could be coming out too quickly? I know when I first start the dropper the first couple are rather large drops. I am like Brad though I use about 1/3 of the dropper. Maybe reduce the number of drops that you do down to like 12.
April 19, 2016 at 3:28 pm #3868Hello everyone! Speaking of drops, is it being allowed to use the energy burst B-complex drops twice a day?
I’m taking multivitamin, fish oil with omega3 and joint support (with vit D3) for my healing ankle.
Thank you!April 20, 2016 at 8:54 pm #3896I would stick to the recommended once daily, as you are already taking quite a bit of other supplements. You don’t want to overdo it with any one type of vitamin. There are problems from having too much of even a good thing like B complex vitamins. So if you are struggling with low energy maybe try and see if it could be your sleep? I hope this helps!
May 19, 2016 at 12:41 am #4900Dear Jessica, this explanation helps a lot. I’m having my sleep study done tomorrow!
May 25, 2016 at 2:10 am #5237And yes, Jessica was right. I have a sleep problem based on the study. That explains a lot.
May 25, 2016 at 9:24 pm #5248Well that answers a lot right? Sleep is literally the number one factor in people’s ability to lose weight and feel great. I hope that they gave you good advice on how to get better sleep!
