    Yesterday’s yummy EASY meal was ground turkey with taco seasoning. The seasoning is super easy. Just go online for your favorite recipe. Add a little cinnamon and turmeric to increase health benefits like anti-inflammatory properties. I also added black beans to the mix. For more flavor add in your favorite salsa and a slice of salted avocado.

    Yea, I’m making it again tomorrow. It was so delicious!! I’ve been a little shocked at how my macro percentages have been naturally lining up based on my meals.

    I’ve been tracking my food in a little diary but haven’t been keeping track of macro or micro nutrients. It’s good to know that they are taken care of naturally if I am following the approved food list.
