Yesterday’s yummy EASY meal was ground turkey with taco seasoning. The seasoning is super easy. Just go online for your favorite recipe. Add a little cinnamon and turmeric to increase health benefits like anti-inflammatory properties. I also added black beans to the mix. For more flavor add in your favorite salsa and a slice of salted avocado.
