I read most and then skimmed the book… I’m thinking there has to be something about how much of what needs to be eaten daily… in the book and I skimmed over?
September 11, 2017 at 3:06 pm #19562There is an approved foods list in the booklet, and a few sample menu plans. They are small. If you want more recipes and menus (this website it the key). In the member store there are a dew 7-day menu plans for download to get you started. Otherwise, the support groups will really help you- just ask and people submit their ideas too!

Basically, stick to foods on the approved food list, try to keep your calories under 1000 a day, and make sure to eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. I use the MyFitnessPal app to track calories and really find it helpful.
Also, I have been loving the recipe section of this site – some really great options and they have the nutritional and caloric values at the bottom of each one.
