We are starting the PS1000 on Wednesday and I am curious of what people are using for their multi-vitamins?

March 1, 2017 at 3:02 pm #13190Thank you Lauren! You have no idea how helpful this information is. Due to some issues, I suffer from heartburn easily. Never thought you could get heartburn from a vitamin lol.
March 2, 2017 at 2:47 am #13229Thanks for the question and answer. It is a hard choice to make with all of the options out there!
March 2, 2017 at 1:50 pm #13253I’m a simple girl and I just take One a Day 50 plus for women. Its a small tablet and has all the essentials.
March 2, 2017 at 2:22 pm #13256Thanks Jennifer. Feedback is always so helpful 🙂 And I am just not a huge label reader, which is something that I need to improve on lol and like Vanessa said, there are just so many options to choose from
March 10, 2017 at 3:33 am #13629Thank you for the advice on the multi vitamin. What Vitamins do you use for the other suggested supplements? Like B-Complex, Omega 3’s, D-3? I just got my book and I am trying to get everything together.

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0I sold Plexus vitamins and supplements for about a year (not openly selling anymore). Their vitamins are all natural and have many of the items mentioned in the PS1000 book. I take their multi-vitamin, MegaX-has omega 3,5,7 and 9. They are awesome and leave no fishy after-taste. I also take their Probiotic and BioCleanse to help with constipation problems. My doctor has me take these as they have brought my cholesterol down as well as triglycerides and all other blood work. He writes me a prescription for D3-5000 to take daily.
I am not pushing for anyone to buy these from me, just wanted to share that they are really good products, but a bit pricey.March 16, 2017 at 8:48 pm #13902I have been taking Thrive for the last year and half. So when I heard we needed a multi-vitamin I was so happy. Out of all the vitamins I took in the past Thrive is the best one for me. Ok and I get I for FREE. Works great for me especially with my energy, sleeping, etc.
March 19, 2017 at 1:57 pm #13999I take Centrum Silver (50+ for women), Spring Valley D-3 (1,000 IU), MegaRed krill oil for omega-3, and Spring Valley sublingual B-complex, all of which are purchased from Walmart.
My doctor also recommended glucosamine/MSM for my bad joints, a calcium supplement, and red yeast rice for my highish cholesterol. I try to have cottage cheese, yogurt, or a whey-based protein shake daily instead of taking the calcium supplement.March 19, 2017 at 11:56 pm #14036If you take a good multi-vitamin, the B-drops, and a B-complex, that is a LOT of vitamin B. Are there any dangers of taking too much? Also, don’t bodies only absorb so much and the rest is excreted? Has anyone else thought this was a lot?
March 20, 2017 at 1:07 pm #14049Vitamin B is a water soluble not fat soluble so you body should excrete what it does not need ( I am A pharmacist). You would also like to take lot more then even this to be impactful. I take a one a day 50 plus for women, the metabolic boost and the vitamin B drops and I feel great.
March 20, 2017 at 4:26 pm #14056Thank you, Jennifer.
March 26, 2017 at 8:16 pm #14274I have been taking Geritol multi for years. Will this be ok on this plan or should I change to something else?
April 5, 2017 at 7:06 pm #14689Hi, I’m new to the program today and the vitamin I’m using is Alive! Once Daily Women’s 50+ Multivitamin/Multimineral
