So I’m back on Phase 1 again, Day 2. Down 4 lbs this morning, I know it’s water weight but I’m glad to have started off again on a good note! Looking forward to having great results again. Started the plan initially on September 18, 2017 and lost 31 pounds and have kept it off so I can’t wait to shed more pounds this time. Feeling positive, motivated and encouraged!! Be Blessed!
