Fingers crossed, just want to help myself and let this excess weight leave my life. I’m a bit leery of the drops and wonder if they play tricks with your hormones. I’m over 50 and this is getting tougher to do!

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Welcome! I was a little nervous at first as well. I just turned 52 and the drops have not messed with my hormones at all. I have learned better eating habits and have dropped half the weight I am shooting for so far. I am getting ready to move to phase two for a few weeks then back to phase one for the rest of the weight loss. Lean on the group for support – you can do this!
June 13, 2017 at 3:42 pm #17294I Just started yesterday. I am 50 just turned in April. I believe this will be good. Last night I slept pretty well and I usually do not, so the drops might help that..lol I so far have not noticed anything with hormones. I am hoping it will balance them out as it says it will. I am down 2 pounds from yesterday..so I am hopeful.
Did you sign up for the Facebook page? That is a great group for support also.
Just take 1 day at a time and dont self-sabotage before you have even started. It will work for you if you follow the plan.

June 14, 2017 at 6:35 pm #17331Hi Angela! We’re starting this road at the same time! I did go on the Facebook page and it’s great. I was looking for menu plans, and times that people eat their meals and snacks. Was just looking for a launch point since I was unsure of how to put the foods together based on the book alone. I’m down a bit today too and feeling encouraged. This is a great place for little bursts of motivation to keep going. Cheers!
