    Hey folks!

    I can and pickle a ton of stuff but this recipe that I did uses pickled veggies that I have seen in grocery stores. I make my own, called “end of garden mix.” I’d look in the olive section for some Italian pickled veggies. So, here goes:

    Pickled veggies
    Zucchini noodles
    Shrimp

    That’s it!! The pickled veggies carry amazing flavor and shrimp is high protein and low calories. If anyone wants the “end of garden mix” recipe let me know! You don’t have to can it, you can put it in jars and refrigerate them for 6 months to a year. Be brave friends!!
