Just getting started with this program. Any suggestions or helpful hints for my journey? Is there a good shopping list out here to get a good supply of staples for this program?
December 31, 2017 at 4:58 am #21199Hi Sheila! My daughter and I will be starting as soon as we get drops in the mail. They sent me a link to Phase 1, 7 day meal plan in an email (attached). This has a grocery list as well, which will help get you started. The web site also has recipes that will be helpful if you are a picky eater and don’t like some of the meal plan recipes. I wish you luck and remember that you are not alone.

January 2, 2018 at 4:14 am #21276This is my first time in this program. I have been working on eating healthy and clean. It is really hard when no mater what you do, you just can’t get the weight off. I have tried Ideal Protein, but I hit a plateau and I was losing my hair. My sister who had also lost a bunch of weight on IP went off of it and found that she was allergic to a ton of food and gluten intolerant and then gained back more weight than she lost. I found PS1000 when I was researching Isogenix which she is doing right now, but I haven’t seen any positive reviews on it. I have also tried Shakeology, but it is more selling than losing just like Isogenix. I have battled with my weight my whole life and I am hoping this is what helps me finally lose it and keep it off.
January 4, 2018 at 2:44 am #21308Hi Amie! I have done a few different programs and have been very successful on them, but as you said, it is a battle everyday. I lose it and after about a year or so, I put it back on. Hence I start over. At 58 it gets harder and harder. I start this weekend with the drops. I wish you the best of luck – keep in touch!
