Hi I’m on my second day, first day went pretty good. I’m worried about the weekend, any strategies for coping with going out. I can’t just cancel plans and this weekend is a full one. couple of baseball games and a golf outing.
Stick to a garden salad with grilled chicken, without cheese and croutons and use lemon for your dressing. If possible order a side of steamed veggies with out the butter.
try to eat clean and write it all down. That is my key.
